“[CHARACTER] I am confident that Mr. Bruno Alves is a person of great character. [COMMITMENT] Bruno has a long history of selfless service to his organization and his colleagues. In the years I have known Mr. Alves, I have never seen him avoid or neglect his responsibilities as a leader and as an airline pilot.

Frequently asked questions

The main questions about buying and importing aircraft, answered directly

Does Elite Aero own the aircraft or act only as an advisor?

We work on both fronts. In most transactions, Elite Aero acts as an independent advisor, searching the market for the best option and representing exclusively the buyer's interests. However, we also have our own aircraft inventory and work with inventory from selected partners in the US. Whatever the scenario, we guarantee full transparency about the aircraft's origin, keeping an absolute focus on protecting your purchase decision and your investment.

Can I finance or lease an aircraft purchased in the United States?

Yes, financing and leasing structures are possible, depending on the buyer's profile and the type of aircraft. We work together with partner institutions and specialized advisors to align the financial structure with the client's tax and operational planning. Elite Aero is not a bank, but we help coordinate these fronts.

What happens if problems are found with the aircraft during the pre-buy?

Our audit and pre-buy exist precisely to identify problems before the purchase. If critical issues are found, we recommend repairs, a price renegotiation or, if necessary, walking away from the aircraft. We have had cases where we vetoed the purchase and found another, safer option for the client.

Can you access off-market aircraft?

Yes. Through a network of brokers and operators in the United States, we have access to aircraft that are not publicly listed. This market intelligence increases the chances of finding aircraft in better condition, with a cleaner history and more favorable negotiation opportunities.

What are the main risks of importing an aircraft without specialized advisory?

Some common risks are: incomplete or inconsistent documentation, a problematic maintenance history, surprises in the FAA/ANAC transition, unexpected taxes and fees, registration delays and compliance issues that affect operation in Brazil. Our role is to anticipate and mitigate these risks at every step.

Does Elite Aero also help with operating the aircraft after the import?

Our main focus is the acquisition, import and registration of the aircraft. However, we can refer trusted partners for hangar management, maintenance, insurance and operations, depending on your needs. This support network helps ensure a smoother transition from delivery to your flying routine.
